Code word

"Partisan Legislation" is congressional code for: Gifting the corporations at the
expense of constituents.

Every day of 2009 Stephen Helmsley,  the head of United Health Care has
earned over Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars.  Proposed healthcare reform legislation
touted as the partisan compromise means poor old Stephen Helmsley
might be getting a raise. The partisan legislation will make it compulsory for citizens,
backed by fines for non-compliance to purchase health insurance. The 14 million Americans
currently without insurance will be forced to buy  the same overpriced insurance they couldn't
afford in the first place, or to have taxpayers subsidize the difference.
